How do I place an order?
We offer 4 convenient ways for our customers to order from us - online, by phone, fax, or email. Please check How to Order for complete ordering instructions.
I have refills from my local pharmacy. Can I transfer my prescription to you?
Since we are located outside of the United States and Hong Kong, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US and HK pharmacies. As a solution, you can call your doctor's office and ask them to directly fax us a new prescription. Or, if you prefer, we can contact your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription for you.
Please note that a doctor's office can take up to 3-5 business days to respond to our requests for new prescriptions, so it may be quicker for you to contact them.
Do you ship outside of Canada, USA, and HK?
For now, we only ship within Canada, to the USA and HK. Stay tuned for more information as we work on broadening access to affordable and quality medications.
How much is shipping?
We offer several options for shipping. Please see below:
- $14.95 – Standard ground shipping with tracking (ETA up to 9 business days)
- $19.95 – Expedited ground shipping with tracking (ETA up to 7 business days)
- $25.00 – Express airmail shipping (ETA up to 5 business days) *Express requires a signature.
Are prices listed in Canadian dollars?
All prices appearing on our website are in USD.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Credit/Debit card, e-transfer to [email protected], certified check, or money order addressed to Arced Pharmas.
Do I need a prescription to order medications from Arced Pharmas?
Yes, just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for medications (unless they are over the counter products). For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. We also require you to fax or upload your original prescription to us.
Can I change/modify my order?
Before you complete your order, you can review the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service.
Can I return my medication?
Unfortunately, to protect the safety of all our patients, once a prescription medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned. Prescription drugs are not refundable. All sales are final.
Will you match a competitor’s price?
Yes! Just let us know where you saw the price so that our team can confirm it in order to match it. Prices must be in USD and from another authorized Canadian online pharmacy that ships to the USA and HK.
Why do my pills look different?
Brand name/generic medication from your local pharmacy will look different than our Canadian brand/generic counterparts. They will have the same active medicinal ingredient, but the color, size and shape may be different.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Arched Pharmas provides you with a safe and secure checkout system by encrypting your credit card information using SSL. We do our best to assure your privacy so you can feel confident with your purchases. All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Arched Pharmas. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity.
